Staff Rules
Communication and Conduct
Do not contact Pookerton or Svni (Pooby) personally, or ping them within Discord. Any concerns should be directed to Admin Staff, who will escalate if necessary.
Staff must behave with integrity and respect. Regardless of personal disagreements, kindness is not a requirement but politeness and cordiality are the bare minimum.
Staff are not to seek answers repeatedly from multiple staff members after being given an initial response (“answer-seeking”).
Staff must not engage in “promotion seeking,” such as constantly hinting at or requesting promotions, or complaining about not being promoted. Promotions are based on etiquette, hard work, and role understanding, and are granted at the discretion of the Owner, Admin, and Community Manager.
Staff chats are safe spaces to express concerns about tickets, systems, or RP scenarios. However, bad-mouthing or bullying players is not tolerated. Venting privately to friends is your choice, but do not put the team in a position where your integrity is questioned.
Do not discuss or bad-mouth other servers in our chats. LLRP is a fresh space, and we do not carry over negativity from past experiences.
Confidentiality
Staff may not leak information about protocols, reports, or incidents to non-staff.
All staff discussions and issues must remain within staff channels.
Any materials deemed confidential by staff agreement must remain confidential.
Examples:
Do not stream staff tools, chats, or incidents to non-staff.
Do not share screenshots of tickets, reports, resolutions, or chat logs outside of staff.
Do not provide information to staff members who are the subject of a report.
Do not share report outcomes with uninvolved parties unless directed by Admin staff or higher.
3. Duties and Responsibilities
Staff are expected to fulfill their role to the best of their ability. If unsure of an answer, follow the chain of command instead of giving incorrect information.
Staff represent the server as well as the team. Professionalism is expected at all times.
Staff may not perform duties while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If clearly inebriated, you will be temporarily banned until sober. (Medicinal use is excluded.)
Promotion of drug or alcohol use is not permitted in public spaces within the community.
If you feel biased toward a person or situation, you must not handle that dispute. If you have to question whether you are biased, refrain.
If directly involved in a PvP scenario where you believe you were wronged, you cannot open the ticket against the player yourself. Instead, report it to another staff member via player channels.
Report resolutions require two staff signatures (Admin rank or higher) to prevent bias or unilateral decisions.
4. Use of Powers and Tools
Staff may be granted tools appropriate to their duties. Abuse will result in permanent ban and blacklist.
Prohibited actions include:
Spawning more than $1000 at any time.
Spawning carts, wagons, or horses without permission.
Spawning weapons without permission.
Teleporting while visible.
Providing compensation without explicit proof of a bug or server/service error. (User error does not qualify.)
5. Time Commitment & Breaks
Staff are not required to play on the server but are encouraged to have at least 5 hours of activity per week.
If you need a leave of absence, announce it in the appropriate channel.
Every 8–12 weeks, staff must take a mandatory break of at least one week. During this time, staff roles, ranks, and powers are removed and reinstated afterward. Staff on break will not have access to tickets or staff chats.
6. Community Representation and Factions
No more than two staff members may belong to a player-run faction. Exceptions apply only to lore-based, staff-run factions intended to advance world lore. Violations may result in faction disbandment.
AI-generated art or media may not be used by staff for announcements, documents, media, or any official content. LLRP does not promote AI use and expects staff to set the standard.
Staff must remove their character name from their Discord display name for anonymity.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) must be enabled on all staff accounts.

Staff Expectations for Play
Staff cannot maintain a position of upper authority in the government on a main or player character (ex. Chief Justice, Head Marshal). These are to be played as storytelling characters.
Staff may maintain a business within county so long as it is understood that player applications will be priority over their own.
Staff may purchase real estate in-county under the expectation that larger real estate must be utilized for regular events. We would prefer that staff do not own these spaces in general, however if the property is on auction and you purchase with money you have earned as a player, we ask that you are cognisant of our playerbase and if this is better utilized by them in this capacity. Additionally, if there is an MLO you prefer and it fits the standards for our server, we can take a look at inputting that instead.
For example, the mansions in SD- There is party space, you better use it! :)
From time to time, owners may request your feedback on peers. Information that you share will be confidential, so we expect that to be a two-way street.
Disciplinary Actions
As of 9/18/2025
B.I.A.S. (Bigotry, Intolerance, Ableism, Sexism) and Sexual Harassment
Any such behaviors with observable and solid evidence will result in the immediate removal from server and subsequent ban without appeal.
Abuse of Staff Power: Two Strikes
If you are caught abusing the staff abilities as defined in the staff rules or otherwise at the discretion of ownership and leadership-
Strike 1: Warning
Strike 2: Removal from staff and ban on the basis of severity with opportunity for appeal.
Release of Staff information: Two Strikes (DEPENDING ON SEVERITY)
If you are caught exposing sensitive information as outlined by staff rules you will receive two strikes:

Strike 2: Removal from staff and ban from the server without appeal.
Firestarting: Two Strikes
Firestarting is a metaphor used to describe deliberately sparking conflict, tension, or disruption within a group or community. It’s similar to the idea of “stirring the pot” but usually implies a more intentional and potentially harmful act, especially when done to gain control, attention, or influence.
Some examples of firestarting are:
Spreading rumors or misinformation.
Introducing controversial topics in ways meant to inflame.
Pitting individuals or groups against each other.
Exploiting pre-existing tensions to escalate division.
Strike 1: Removal of staff roles and permissions
Strike 2: Ban from the server with opportunity for appeal
Answer and Promotion Seeking: Three Strikes
Strike 1: Warning
Strike 2: Temporary removal of roles and responsibilities
Strike 3: Removal from staff and temp ban of up to one week
Name Calling, Abusive Language, and Overall Rude Behavior: Two Strikes
This is self-explanatory- Kindness is not a requirement, but respect is the baseline.
Strike 1: Warning
Strike 2: Removal from staff and temp ban on the basis of severity with opportunity for appeal.
Bad-mouthing or Player Abuse: Two Strikes (depending on severity)
Strike 1: Warning
Strike 2: Removal from staff and temp ban on the basis of severity with opportunity for appeal.
AI Usage: Three Strikes
Strike 1: Warning
Strike 2: Temporary suspension of duties
Strike 3: Removal from the staff team
